if this is the first time in your whole nursing career that a junior actually 'complained' about you, perhaps you should start to reflect on yourself and the things you do.

almost everyone is unhappy with you, except your 'younger sister'.
it's just that they dare not defy you, for fear you would mess up their roster.
or perhaps they are too lazy to be bothered with your nonsense.
whatever it is, i choose to believe that they are too lazy to be bothered with you.
because that applies to me too.

wake up your idea now and the situation might still reversible.
