PRCP IS OVER!!! :D

haha, i left the ward with Jiaqi at exactly 1500hrs. :D
gave the farewell gift to NC Yee Aye and bid everyone goodbye.
gave my preceptor, Armida, a personalised note and Ferrero Rocher. heh.
said goodbye to the doctors too (:
everyone asked what's my plan. so i said "5 months holiday then go for Degree in Nursing at NUS". heh.
got lots of encouragement from the doctors and my preceptors. they said i made the right choice (:

going back to school for debrief tomorrow morning.
after that going for my dental appt.
time to rest now! :D

already prepared the farewell gifts for my 2 preceptors ^^

went to have my pre-molars extracted yesterday morning.
the process of extracting the 2 pre-molars were not painful due to the analgesia given.
but it was quite painful when the dentist gave the analgesia ):
had to eat soft food for yesterday and today. the dentist said i should be able to eat normal food tomorrow :D going for extraction of the other 2 pre-molars on the coming wednesday. =/

oh, went to NH with Yu Feng to bai nian to Mr Tan after work on thursday. heh :D
went for dinner together after that. i was given the choice to choose what to eat, because they said i was the more choosy one among the three of us :P

i suggested Japanese food. so Mr Tan brought us to Gallery Hotel to eat the ramen there.
but the shop was close D:
so we went to another shop which was just walking distance from Gallery Hotel.

i ate one of their ramen which was only available at night - Madame Sinjino
according to the waitress, it's specially for ladies, cos the amount is lesser compared to the original Sinjino. Yu Feng ordered the original Sinjino; i forgot what Mr Tan ordered :P
but when the ramen came, mine looked just like the one Yu Feng ordered. -.-
luckily Mr Tan was nice enough to help me eat some of the vegetables and Yu Feng helped to finish up. (:

CNY's just 2 days away ;)
i can't wait for the reunion dinner tmr. gonna eat steamboat :D
but these few years of CNY haven't been very good for me. every time CNY comes near, i will start to get sick. maybe it's a sign that i should stay away from those pineapple tarts :P
but i think it's due to stress this time round.
have been eating yong tau foo during breaks but still sick -.-
most likely is the consecutive 9 days of work bah.
started to have abit of sore throat when i did afternoon shift then morning shift the next day D:

time to drink more water so i can get to enjoy the 4 days off from work! :D

received the offer letter from NUH yesterday (5/2).
was elated. 'cos this means i should have passed the posting :D (the NM have to recommend you before you will be offered the letter)
those who decided to accept the offer will have to start work on 5 April 2010, which i thought was kind of early :x

anyway, will not be accepting the offer 'cos i've already applied for NUS Nursing a few days back.
most said it was a good choice to continue my studies first.
but Ms S.L. said it was not a good choice, should have started working for the experience first.
whatever it is, i think i've made the right choice ba. no regrets :D

oh, and for my tutorial group mates who read my blog, results for PRCP, as in the grade and final GPA will be out on 23 March 2010, 8am. Good luck! :D
