in school while the rest are in camp, clearing up.
was very very tired the whole day.
group meeting was fruitful, if not i would have to open my 'golden mouth'.

NURSING SKILLS PRACTICAL EXAM! (:
we drew lots, and i got urinary catheterisation (the skill that i didn't practice alot).
hahaha. luckily, i passed! (:

ZONE BOWLING 2008!
XMS got 1st, NH got 2nd and AI got 3rd.
we missed 1st place by 17 points.
but it's ok, nanhua. i still love you as much (:

one of the better school days this semester. (:
lab was quite fun today (actually all lab sessions on thursdays are fun la xD)
got to practice all my nursing skills (:
kaka was my 'assessor'. haha. (:
did NG tube insertion, gastric suctioning, gastric lavage, urinary catheterization, bladder washout.
have to practice gloving and de-gloving the next time round. cos that's considered 1 skill in the assessment too. D:
hopefully i'll get NG tube insertion and gastric lavage for assessment. haha. (:

andy's tutorial today was ultimately funny.
was our ICA preview and our subgroup was like the only one who sort of completed our slides? haha. so andy sat down with us and looked at our ppt slides. and he said it was quite good? so i kept linking our ICA with 'A' until he said, "what's up with you and 'A' man?"
WAHAHAHA! our subgroup laughed like mad. xD
but well, auntie ma. heh.

assessed kaka for her nursing skills. (: can say she really put in effort in her work la. even though it was just a practice. (:

went out with CK after school. watched HSM3 and i thought it was a nice movie. haha. songs were nice, ambience was nice (except for that little girl who kept kicking my seat from the back D:), company was FABULOUS. heh ;)
had subway for dinner after that and we train-ed home (:
AND AND AND, we spoke to each other in cantonese for like 3/4 of the journey? x)
hahaha, i enjoyed it alot la. my cantonese is not that fluent so CK laughed, but it's ok. (: i'll learn. heh.

BNCOC THEORY DAY 2!
today was tiring, compared to last week.
and i had to open my golden mouth to scold people.
didn't know it was so scary, cos even yufeng was shocked.
the SCs messed up my course attendance like crazy.
esp that one. yufeng should know. D:
good thing for today: no blisters! :D
oh, and happy birthday jiawei & nerissa (:

dinner-ed with ah tan, yufeng, shusian, yihui, fathinah, jiawei and eileen at compass point. (:
went walk-walk awhile with ah tan, yufeng, shusian and yihui after dinner. (: and we sort of had a guessing game. haha. those involved knows best (x

looking forward to BNCOC Camp this friday.

totally agree with nurul.
it's only week 5 and we're like all so drained.
i haven't been sleeping during lectures for quite some time.
but nowadays, i've been dozing off in the midst of lectures.

this is REALLY BAD.
i don't wanna miss out on important lectures and flunk the semester.
don't wanna repeat modules.

i want to sleep early.
but looking at the progress of my subgroup, i think it's still a long journey D:
i seriously don't understand how someone can just copy and paste from somewhere and not elaborate on the information.
and i end up having to do her job for her cos we don't have much time left and we're meeting the lecture in 8.5hours' time from now.
she's really a terrible groupmate la.

I WANT TO CHANGE SUBGROUP NEXT SEMESTER!
not going to care what others think already.
i will insist on changing subgroup.
hmph.

BNCOC 2008 THEORY DAY 1.
was busy in the morning. had some trouble with trainees groupings 'cos a certain corps TIC never inform the trainees. RAHH! D:
scolded a few trainees too. and i was the first to scold :/
so unlike me huh.

afternoon was more exciting la.
the big fuss over our lunchboxes.
and my little toes were starting to hurt due to the blisters on them.
so no choice, had to put plaster over it (i know it's wrong, but if i don't put, my flesh will stick to the inside of the heels. eww. D:)

dinner time was alright.
everyone focused on eating and didn't talk much.
guess they were all very tired after the course.

i'm super glad i had fathinah and fahmy. (:

woke up early this morning to prepare myself for my cousin's wedding lunch.
yup, you didn't see wrongly. it's wedding lunch (:
it's the first time i'm attending a wedding lunch so i really looked forward to it (:
the venue was at waterfront plaza's 大上海.
it looked more like a pub to me, but according to one of my cousin-in-law, it's a restaurant even on usual days.
the food there (according to him again), it quite expensive. around $70++ for each person.

so the lunch started and food was seriously delicious.
there was a live band playing for us and a singer too (:
she sang oldies, and wahahaha, i knew how to sing almost all of them. (:
and i tried to imitate how she sang the songs xD

went tiong bahru plaza with my mum, sis and bro after that.
they bought clothes and i treated them to donuts from donut factory. (:
visited grandma after that but she was soundly asleep so we left after awhile.
am glad she is better now.
